Your favorite game ever? For Jalen, it's the time he got revenge on Larry Brown | NBA Countdown
Paul Pierce, Maria Taylor, Jay Williams and Jalen Rose bring you another NBA Countdown home edition, giving updates on their cooking and snacking before answering the big question: If you could only watch one game from your own career, which would it be? Jalen (3:33) picks an Indiana Pacers vs. Philadelphia 76ers playoff game from 2000, in which he and Reggie Miller dropped 40 points on Larry Brown -- who, Jalen says, tried to run him out of the league when Brown was Rose's coach. Paul (6:36) chooses Game 7 of Boston Celtics vs. Cleveland Cavaliers in 2008 -- in which Pierce went toe-to-toe with LeBron James and dropped 41 points (and also mentions that Magic Johnson's "jumping center" game was his favorite of all time). Jay (7:21) picks a game from his rookie year with the Chicago Bulls vs. Jason Kidd and the New Jersey Nets, in which Williams put up 26 points, 14 rebounds and 13 assists. Next they talk about their favorite game to watch in which they weren't involved. Jay picks Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls in Game 6 of the 1998 NBA Finals, which included MJ's steal of Karl Malone and his shot over Bryon Russell. Jalen graciously chooses Kobe Bryant's 81-point game with the Los Angeles Lakers vs. Jalen's Toronto Raptors. (Paul already mentioned his choice in the previous section.) Then (13:34) they reveal which ending to the 2019-20 NBA season they'd like to see, with Jay choosing Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks winning the NBA title, Paul wanting to see the end of the 2020 Rookie of the Year race between Zion Williamson and Ja Morant, and Jalen wanting a Lakers vs. LA Clippers series. Lastly (18:41) they say which zoo animal they'd like to have named after them. #NBA #Sports #NBACountdown ✔️Subscribe to ESPN+ https://plus.espn.com/ ✔️ Get the ESPN App: https://ift.tt/2q1bFzq ✔️Subscribe to ESPN on YouTube: http://es.pn/SUBSCRIBEtoYOUTUBE ✔️ Subscribe to NBA on ESPN on YouTube: http://bit.ly/SUBSCRIBEtoNBAonESPN ✔️ Watch ESPN on YouTube TV: http://es.pn/YouTubeTV ESPN on Social Media: ► Follow on Twitter: http://www.twitter.com/espn ► Like on Facebook: https://ift.tt/1bShJBM ► Follow on Instagram: https://ift.tt/2ppebzZ Visit ESPN on YouTube to get up-to-the-minute sports news coverage, scores, highlights and commentary for NFL, NHL, MLB, NBA, College Football, NCAA Basketball, soccer and more.
