Boston Celtics forward Danilo Gallinari, 34, playing for Italy in a FIBA World Cup qualifying game on Saturday, exited with a knee injury against Georgia in Brescia, Italy, and team captain Luigi Datome confirmed the veteran will undergo an MRI.
