Arbiter: Bauer reinstated as ban cut to 194 games

Trevor Bauer's suspension has been cut from 324 games to 194, and the right-hander has been reinstated effective immediately, MLB said Thursday. The Dodgers have 14 days to decide whether they will reinstate him onto the 40-man roster.
