Duke's Cooper Flagg, a Blue Devils freshman and favorite to be the No. 1 pick in June's NBA draft who is averaging 19.5 points, 7.7 rebounds and 4.0 assists, and Auburn's Johni Broome headline the Wooden Award Late Midseason Top 20 list announced Tuesday.
